This is a common initiative group of farmers who come together to fight their common problems. We supply input to our farmers and other local farmers interested, and in return assist them to look for markets for their produces.
It is made up of 22 members. It currently employs 15 workers who work assisted by voluntary work of members. It is LED by a Delegate and the conference of members is LED by a chairperson.
The current Delegate is mr. George Ikome Williams, while the current chairperson of the conference of members is mr. Nchonganyi Cornelius.
This group was formed in 2001, April 7, when some farmers, faced by inability to obtain farm/agricultural equipments individually, decided to team up and work as one people. This common initiative group is registered under the law governing common initiative group in Cameroon.
It has since its inception registered some successes, and do hope to do better in its future commitments. It is made up of a team of devoted service men and women, whose unrelenting efforts have continued to catapult this group into an island of excellence.
